Register / Login

If you don't have an account, register at varoriya.com. If you already have one, click "Login" at the top of the page.

  • The system will redirect you to the Varoriya login page automatically.
  • After successful login, you'll be redirected back to the Registry automatically.

Top Up Varo KeyCoin

You need Varo KeyCoin to pay for registration (the platform covers Blockchain gas fees for you).

  • Click "Top Up Keycoin" menu or go to varoriya.com/product/varocoin
  • Choose a package and pay through supported channels.
  • KeyCoin will be credited immediately after successful payment.

Connect Web3 Wallet

Connect your digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to serve as your identity proof on the Blockchain.

  • Click the "Connect Wallet" button on the registration page.
  • Approve the connection on MetaMask (or your wallet).
  • Verify you're connected to the Polygon network.

Choose Mode & Upload Work

Choose the registration mode that suits your work:

  • Public Mode (IPFS): Upload file for IPFS + Blockchain storage. For works you want to publish.
  • Private Mode (Hash Only): System extracts hash from your file and records only the hash on Blockchain. For confidential documents.

Fill in Work Details

Enter details that will be permanently recorded on the Blockchain:

  • Title: The name displayed on the certificate.
  • Description: Details about the work.
  • Creator: Name of the creator.

⚠️ Double-check!: All data is immutable after registration. Verify spelling and details carefully before confirming.

Confirm & Mint on Blockchain

Review all data and click "Confirm" to start the minting process:

  • The system will deduct Varo KeyCoin at the set rate.
  • File will be uploaded to IPFS (in Public mode).
  • The Smart Contract creates an ERC-721 token on Polygon Blockchain.
  • Please wait... the system is recording data on the Blockchain.

Receive Certificate

When minting is successful, you'll receive a digital certificate instantly with:

  • 🔢 Token ID — Unique certificate number
  • 🔗 Transaction Hash — Verification link on Polygonscan
  • 🖼️ IPFS Link — File location on decentralized storage (Public mode)
  • 📋 Blockchain Certified badge 🔏

View and manage all your certificates on the "My Certificates" page:

  • View details of each certificate
  • Verify status on the Blockchain
  • Share certificate links for others to verify

lock For Confidential Documents — Use Offline Hash

If you have highly confidential documents (e.g., Pitch Deck, business plans, confidential contracts) and don't want to upload files anywhere, you can:

  1. Download the Offline Hash Tool
  2. Disconnect from internet, then open the .html file to extract the hash
  3. Copy the resulting hash value
  4. Return to the registration page, select "Manual Hash Input" mode
  5. Paste the copied hash, then fill in the work details
  6. Confirm to record on the Blockchain — the original file stays on your device
